Prestigious prewar coops are still my passion after all these years. New construction is attractive and very expensive, as in condos. *I’ve sold many trophy properties, from prewar lofts in the Financial District after 9/11 to a modern converted condo church in Harlem during the recession, and was also involved from start to finish in the rental-to-co-op conversion of two prewar buildings, 166 E 96th and 302 W 86th, “a home-grown co-op". Plus I served on both a condo and co-op board.
