* Call us to schedule an appointment with our expert real estate consultant.
We are the first Francophone agency in NYC, formerly La Provencale USA.
*To best serve our clients, we ask that they obtain a qualification letter from a financial institution to streamline the process. We follow the fluctuations of the market. Landlords and Boards are demanding! "SERIOUS CUSTOMERS ONLY!
READY WILLING AND ABLE"
*In a 1031 tax exchange, or a swap of real property, we work with financial consultants and attorneys specialized in this exchange, to help navigate you through this intricate transaction. Great news! Investment property owners will still be allowed to defer capital gain taxes using 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, which have been in the tax code.
* As part of the NYS MLS, our listings are sent directly to Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com and HomeFinder.com…and you get a nationwide exposure, as well as a new international feature* We co-broke with all firms and have access to all data available.
From Our manager:
*I am a real estate broker,, as well as a Real Estate consultant, and instructor*
*I am from Provence, France.
*I’ve had a lifelong passion for art, architecture (real estate) and food, and have turned them into businesses over the years. Residential real estate has been my strongest joy and purpose. Prestigious prewar coops are still my passion after all these years. New construction is attractive and very expensive, as in condos. *I’ve sold many trophy properties, from prewar lofts in the Financial District after 9/11 to a modern converted condo church in Harlem during the recession, and was also involved from start to finish in the rental-to-co-op conversion of two prewar buildings, 166 E 96th and 302 W 86th, “a home-grown co-op". Plus I served on both a condo and co-op board.
*I belong to the Gotham renovation committee.
*I started my own boutique firm after 9/11 (in January 2002). It was the best example of resiliency as the city went from shock to renaissance. NYC lives on, and always will. Having been exposed to several cultures, while growing up, I deal with International and US clients very easily. I am bilingual French/English*
* Carnegie Hill has been my home forever! (with the exception of a 15-year interlude on the Upper West Side from 1981 to 1996 where I raised my family). I love New York, it is life!!!
